Why was I CARE Day created?


We know that with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it can be hard to find time just for yourself. There's always something more important: a meeting, a project, a call to a client. And putting off taking care of your health or financial security until “someday” can be disastrous.

That is why the I CARE Day initiative was created—an additional, fully paid day off for employees on their birthday. It is a time dedicated exclusively to taking care of yourself—in whatever way is best for you.

What is I CARE Day all about?

- This is an additional, fully paid day off for the employee.

- Time dedicated to self-care, as part of the following concept:

Plan A – health (e.g., preventive medical examinations, doctor's appointments, physical activity, rest).

Plan B – security (e.g., reviewing insurance policies, meeting with an agent, organizing financial matters).
